We recently were approached by Medtel to upgrade our phone system of 25 years. I was reluctant to switch to VoIP phones, afraid the process would be complicated, and it just really wasn’t necessary. Medtel made the process so seamless and easy, that I can’t believe we didn’t do it earlier. Korey, our technical contact, is super quick to respond if we need any updates. The flexibility that the new phones bring has reduced the number of ring interruptions that we experience during the day.
